About Us:

At Silverfork, we didnt intend to do something out of the ordinary, infact we just went back to basics.

• When the world was moving to frozen with added preservatives we decided to introduce fresh. Its quiet a task as you have to continuously keep making the same dishes instead of just making them and storing them in the freezer . Crux Fresh is unbeatable.
• Instead of going for big brands of masalas, we went to the old gallis to get the freshest ground masalas. The essence is to die for Crux Big brands are big advertising not necessarily the best.
• We are not Chef driven, but Recipe driven. All preparations be it starters are weighed and ingredients are put in accordance to the same. So the taste remains uniform when we open further outlets.
• We laid processes to Indian food right from the time the product enters it dated, excel driven formulations, packing analysis keeping transparency in our kitchen for customers to see the preparation.
• Personal touch Service, being polite is the key. I still remember the face of a waiter who served me with a smile in a Mumbai restaurant, 21 years back.
