We will be charging each flat somewhere between Rs. 15 to Rs. 30 per flat. Assuming all these 5 complexes sign up for the basic plan of Rs. 15/flat/month
Total revenue for this particular month will be = 3500 x 15 = 52,500
60% of Rs. 52,500 every month is = Rs. 31,500 is the new additional revenue you create every month on top of the revenue for the apartment complexes which has already signed up and paying from the previous months.
So, a ballpark projection is if you are able to sign up 3500 flats a month, you end up getting Rs.20,47,000 (Twenty lakhs and forty seven thousands) in next 12 to 14 months, discounting the trial periods offered to the customers.
