Scope Responsibilities of Associate Partners:

• No investment required.
• Associate Partners get the maximum number of enrollment for readmyscript program workshops. Associate Partners should strive for at least 30 enrollments per batch to ensure maximum returns.
• Associate partners work diligently, along with sbw rd, to achieve target enrollments per workshop. 30% of the enrollments we get are the result of the efforts we put in promoting our previous workshops. Efforts they put decide their future engagements with sbw rd.

Scope Responsibilities of sbw rd:

• The entire training program would be managed by sbw rd. sbw rd manages bears the cost of training facilitation, venue equipment etc.
• sbw rd provides facilitators for course delivery.
• sbw rd provides marketing support.
• sbw rd supports Associate Partners in demonstrating the benefits of readmyscript outreach program to parents and students.
• sbw rd trains Associate Partners on sales. However, there is no sales at all. We just have to demonstrate the benefits of readmyscript program. It’s as plain as a pike staff. No sales at all! We just have to shock them plant seeds, that’s it.

• Enroll maximum number of participants from assigned locations.
• Get enrollments through their network.
• To deliver readmyscript program courseware and conduct practice sessions in their assigned locations.
• We expect 100 percent engagement from Franchise Partners, from promotion activities to course delivery.
• Work closely with our marketing team to promote readmyscript program in schools in assigned locations.
• Engagement of franchise partners decides their revenue share. If a franchise partner is engaged in course delivery administration in school that partner gets extra 10% of the total turnover from assigned location.

Responsibilities of sbw rd:

• sbw rd provides additional facilitators for course delivery depending on the number of enrollments from schools or as required.
• sbw rd provides full marketing support.
• sbw rd supports in demonstrating the benefits of readmyscript program to Schools, parents and students.
• sbw rd facilitates demonstration to Schools in assigned location.
• sbw rd trains Franchise Partners on sales. We just have to demonstrate the benefits of readmyscript program. It’s as plain as a pike staff. No sales at all. We just have to shock them plant seeds, that’s it.

Franchise Prerequisites:

• Investment: 15,00,000 INR.
