Under Investment Advisory Services (IAS), we help to manage client equity investment, strictly abide by SEBI Investment Advisory Regulations. In lump sum investment, we create a long-term portfolio for the client based on periodic research reports sent to our clients. The buy/ sell calls are made after client permission is received. Investment advisory services provided as per the client risk profile. We aim to minimise the risk and grow the capital on the client investment. This scheme is designed on profit sharing model, profit is calculated at the end of financial year.

We will collect service charge if client achieve above 10% profit that will be 20 % profit only if above 10%

• Invested amount : 100000
• Achieved profit : 30000 (30%)
• Service charge free for first 10% ( 10000)
• Chargeable amount is 20% of Rs.20,000 = Rs.4000

All the earnings from the client is sharable with franchisee (Tax not included )
