2. Smart Business Model(Self operated Model with Oyo rooms)

• Hotel Tie up with OYO
• Minimum rooms required is 10 rooms
• Hotel owner will operate the hotel
• 80:20% revenue sharing
• Hotel owner will receive 80% of the revenue
• Hotel owner will bear all the running expenses like salary, rent and maintenance

Our Business Success fee for this model is Rs 2lakh

3. OYO ROOMS OPERATED FIX RENTAL MODEL

• EXISTING HOTEL transformation into Oyo Rooms
• Hotel Tie Up
• OYO will operate your hotel and will bear all the expenses like staff salary, electricity and maintenance
• OYO will pay the Hotel owner or Building a fixed monthly rental.
• Minimum rooms required is 10 rooms.
• Tenure of agreement will be 3 years, 5 years 9 years.
• OYO will pay 5 months advance rental as Deposit.

Our Business Success fee for this model is Rs 2lakh

4. Transforming Your Commercial space into Rooms or Hotels Contract

• Changing your commercial space into fully furnished rooms for hotels and OYO Rooms
• Undertaking all the requirements
• In time bound manner

Our Business Success fee for this model is

• Rs 5 Lakhs upto 50 Rooms Project
• Rs 10 Lakhs above 50 Rooms to 100 Rooms Project
