BFSI sector is one of the largest employment providers in the country, with more than 84 lakh jobs in the next couple of years. Fresh recruits in the BFSI industry can expect to get up to Rs 10,000 to Rs 12,000 per month, while those with an experience of one year and more can take home approximately Rs 15,000 to Rs 30,000 per month.

Preparation for Obtaining Workplace Excellence and Rigour (P.O.W.E.R.) is a programme intended to prepare aspirants willing to work in business development roles in the BFSI sector. The objective of P.O.W.E.R. is to equip aspirants with the right skill set to enter into the BFSI sector and make a career for themselves.
