What is FdS?
FdS is a brainchild of Dr. Renu Desai and Chef Swati. The food was formulated by Dr. Renu Desai in accordance with the high protein needs of fitness seeking individuals. Chef Swati who has spent considerable time in Europe conceived a special proprietary cooking process for the Proteins.
The Diet consists of Chicken Breast as a primary protein source, (there is a vegetarian version available too!) Vegetables like beet, carrot, cucumber, radish, lettuce, etc for their high fiber content and micro-greens of mustard, broccoli, radish, sunflower, etc as a source of micronutrients and minerals.
The salad ingredients are changed on a meal to meal basis, ensuring that there is variety in nutrients and it doesnt become boring.
For the need of taste to the Indian palate, the salad is dressed in various dressings making it fun to eat. These dressings are also changed in accordance with the ingredients and on a meal to meal basis.
