Finitiatives Learning India Pvt. Ltd. (FLIP) was born out of the need for high quality, scalable training in the Banking Financial Services space for all levels of expertise. We started work, in April 2009, with the two promoters working full time and one employee! We are now at strength of 32 completely involved and committed professionals.

We launched with our initial suite of courses in December 2009. Less than three months later, we were top four in the 2010 Global Giveback e-learning contest.

Franchisee Profile:

• You are interested in the education sector and have the drive to make it big.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in BFSI/ CA coaching / Teaching MBA Finance.
• Experience in sales will be an added advantage.
• 100% personal commitment, toward day to day running of the business.
• You have lived in the state for which you are applying, for at least two years.
• An MBA graduate is preferred.

Setup Requirements:

• Dedicated commercial Center space, with necessary infrastructure and set up.
• Capital Investment of Rs. 5- 10 lakhs, depending on the location (Investment includes franchise fee+ set up cost)
• Office set up adhering to the set of standards defined by FLIP.
• Initial staff requirement of one Counsellor
