REVENUE SHARING(Franchise Plan)

1. 1 Lac Security Deposit for using Franchisor online portal against seller products payment security. (Its fully refundable when franchise will surrender his franchise).
2. Franchisor will pay fixed 5,000/- per month as a revenue of franchise 1 Lac Security Deposit (without any sales), till his business revenue go upper from it(5,000/-).
3. Franchise Margin is 50% according to commercial Terms Policy Document.(Document Attached).
4. Franchise will Earn 50% Revenue from local advertising on website and mobile app (It will be approx minimum 20,000/- per month).
5. Franchise will earn Revenue by our special VIP Service option for customers (It will be approx minimum 15000/- per month).

The following Marketing Sopport shall done by Franchisor to All Participating Franchises and Locations:
