What were doing now

We've set solid norms for our suppliers and offer them assistance when corrections should be made to their business practices. Adherence to those guidelines informs our sourcing choices and guarantees we are working with providers who share our promise to ethical sourcing. Our buyers work legitimately with suppliers, arranging contracts for the products we need in our operation or offer to our clients.

In 2015 we assessed the majority of our providers' factories and found that a couple of them failed our zero-tolerance standards. Even though our methodology is to work with providers to address the issues, there are times when we halt business because of the nature of the issues and until sufficient resolution takes place. While we had the option to execute improvement plans with almost the majority of these factories, we ceased working with a couple of factories as suppliers for standards issues. Since beginning the program in 2012 itself, we are resolved to proceed and support this practice.
