• College degree/diploma
• Keen interest in early childhood care and education
• Reasonable financial resources

Franchise Prerequisites:

• A minimum of 1500 square feet carpet area with outdoor of about 500 square feet or more area
• Ground floor/first floor premises; preference will be given to independent houses
• Easily accessible area with good visibility
• Lease arrangement for the tenure of minimum 3 years of agreement
• To be situated in a residential area and not on a busy traffic road

Support Offered:

• Franchise orientation- An orientation program will be held for training the franchisee and their key personnel. The event aims at helping the franchisee understand the Preschool business and transferring the experiences and learning of franchisor.
• Training- Curriculum training will be imparted to teachers on an ongoing basis along with specially developed training modules for counsellors on admission prospecting. Curriculum training is imparted on a quarterly basis in a given year.
• Manuals- Franchisee will be provided withambience manual; which will help to construct the Gyankriti Preschool as per the standardized design template and the standard operating procedures manual for conduct of the Preschool.
• Supply of equipment- We will provide the required equipment as per the model suggested for the Preschool.
• Curriculum- The curriculum will be provided in the printed/digital format along with audio visual aids.
• Ongoing support -Thebenefits of ongoing research and development will be transferred to the franchisee to keep abreast of the curriculum development.
• Marketing support- We will provide requisite marketing support to propagate the various programs at Gyankriti through regional/national platforms. Sales Marketing tools (brochures,leaflets,posters, audio visual aids) as and when developed will be sent as per policy.
