Looking for Business Partners in Tier-2 cities for CommonFloor Groups which is Apartment Communication Management system.

The Mobile and web based application helps the Apartment community to do the following :-

1. Communicate with all the members of the apartment

2. Members can raise Complaints and same reflects online for Property Manager to address it

3. Apartment security can be managed via "SmartGuard" app where the residents get notifications when Vendor / Staff or Guest checks-in his house

4. Entire finances of the Apartment RWA can be managed. It has features required by the RWA unlike Tally which is not customized for Apartments.

5. Assets in the Apartment can be managed tracked

6. RWA can raise the maintenace bills and residents can pay it online via the payment link
