Lets Motivate Next PVT. LTD - To make outgoing Calls to fix appointments of Customers with Senior Management Team for their Franchise and Business need. Agents have to brief the profile of company and find customers who are interested in starting their own business or franchise of Domestic or International Brands. Agents need to convince the customer to have meeting with Marketing Managers to explain their needs. Agents will make a follow up of interested customers.

Requirements:

• 5 Mobile Phones or Landline Headsets
• 5 Table/Chairs
• Space for 5 Seats
• 1 Computer
• 1 Printer
• An Internet Connection

Training will be provided about the services Calling Data will not be provided

• Calling Region: Delhi, Gurgaon, Haryana, Faridabad, Okhla, Noida, Ghaziabad
• Payment Cycle: Fortnightly Basis (15 Days)
• Process charges: Rs.25,000/- (Including Training Charges)
• Payouts: (Revenue Generation by the Agents)

Earning Process:

• Daily Average Outgoing Calls per agent: 100
• Interested customers for Appointments: 10
• Payout per Appointment Fixing: Rs. 150
• Income per agent for 10 Appointments: Rs. 1500
• Income over 5 Agents: Rs.1500 x 5 = Rs. 7500
• Income over 5 Agents in 30 days = Rs. 7500 x 30 = Rs. 2,25,000/- (Rs. 2.5 Lac )

Running Expenses per Month:

• Salary of 5 Employees: Rs. 50,000/- (Including Incentive)
• One office boy: Rs. 5000/-
• Electricity and Infrastructure Expenses per month: Rs. 15000/-
• Miscellaneous Expenses: Rs. 5000/-
• Total Fixed Expense per months: Rs. 75000/-
