Caf Swasthya

With the view to help integrate health into peoples daily life, Butterfly Ayurveda is taking the step to open a Caf that offers an Ayurveda- inspired experience within a contemporary setting. A Caf that incorporates the wisdom of Ayurveda in its unique set of offerings which would include freshly prepared bakery and food items, beverages and recipes designed to suit the modern daily lifestyle needs. All of these would be served within a refreshing environment, an elegantly styled natural decor with a rustic finish carrying an easy going feel.

The Caf would be modelled to reinforce sustainability by using home- grown materials and local resources to build the design, structure, furniture, use of cutlery, and all natural and organic ingredients will be used for its unique offerings on the Menu.

Indian cooking and kitchen are the seat of Ayurveda. The menu of Caf Swasthya takes inspiration from some of the most basic and original recipes that are prepared across different parts of India.

A versatile professional with a strong entrepreneurial and leadership skill set along with an artistic and athletic background in martial arts, classical dance, with acknowledged academic achievements. A Yale alumni with an MA in International Development Economics, she brings a unique blend of physical and mental discipline, artistic prowess and analytical thinking to have a meaningful impact and promote growth in all her endeavours.

Trained in Shaolin Kungfu, Tai chi, and Qi gong for over 12 years, under the guidance of Shi Yan Xiang, 34th Generation Shaolin Temple Warrior Monk, she aspires to transform the way people perceive health and strives to cultivate a holistic sense of wellbeing in each individual.

Driven by her love for Ayurveda she aims to help people with lifestyle related health conditions; and thus ideated, conceptualised and launched Butterfly Ayurveda in 2014. Her passion for absorbing Ayurvedic wisdom in food products helped her envision and pioneer Butterfly Ayurveda Bakery in 2018, a niche vertical of bakery products. Over time Ayurveda has played a major role in her journey of transformation to leading a healthy life and continuously inspires her work at BA. She was selected as one of the women entrepreneurs for the Fortune Womens Mentoring Partnership program in 2019 and envisions growing Butterfly Ayurveda by leaps and bounds.

At Butterfly Ayurveda

Spearheaded the Research Development of Ayurvedic products to suit the modern day lifestyle and needs. Laid down the foundation of a manufacturing unit for Ayurvedic Teas and Herbal Powders. Shaped and guided the team of Ayurvedic doctors, researchers, analysts, specialists, tea connoisseurs, pharmacists and other professionals to build a homegrown brand Butterfly Ayurveda from ground up. Worked in close collaboration with them to formulate, develop and launch a range of Ayurvedic medicines and supplements. Implemented strategic partnership initiatives with various manufacturing units in the industry to collaboratively produce an extensive range of teas, infusions, cookies, medicines and supplements. Through persistent efforts and unwavering commitment, the brand today has more than 52 products under its label.

BA Bakery: Launched BA Bakery with an invigorating array of more than 20 Ayurveda-inspired recipes

BA Clinics: Ventured into a virtual clinic setup to maximise the outreach of Ayurvedic treatments. Working in association with more than 40 Ayurvedic Doctors and Practitioners to soon launch a country-wide model.
