• Franchisee has to provide built-up space of 1600 to 2000 sq ft with almost similar open areas for outdoor activities.
• This space should be preferably at ground floor followed by first floor.
• An independent house in a residential location not in the midst of busy traffic will be preferred.
• Its mandatory for the Franchisee to implement all the upgradation measure that Tender Hearts may bring in from time to time whether on cost basis or otherwise.
• Franchisee will implement Tender Hearts logo, standard designs, colour schemes etc. exactly in the same manner.
