Channel associate will operate as an extension of principal organization for the public and it is only a beneficiary of the organizations name and legally not an agency of an organization.

Roles to be performed by SpreadWings Channel Associates:

• Associates will be guided by the companys basic principles, code of conduct, vision and mission.
• Associates will be guided by the philosophy, terms and conditions of SpreadWings except for ownership of premises which he/she wishes to go for.
• Customers, corporate or any individual transacting from any Associate will be treated as SpreadWings client.

Accountabilities of Channel Associates:

• To conduct business in legal and ethical way and follow the policy, guidelines which is issued by the company.
• To follow the policy guidelines on company branding and must ensure the image of the company is maintained
• To ensure rates charged to the customers with the pricing guidelines issued by the company.
• Not to involve or represent in any activity which makes image and goodwill filthy of the company.
• To provide necessary infrastructure to run the business efficiently and effectively.
• To provide all assistance to the customers from booking till delivery in terms of updates and resolve of queries and grievances.

Necessity:

• Channel Associates must involve in business on a full time basis.
• Should have office premises in good location mostly at the ground floor or commercial centres having a frontage for display of SpreadWings signage.
• Should possess staff members, office and communication equipment to run the business in efficient manner.
• Should possess registration under shops and establishment Act, Service tax and or any other statutory registration required as part of the local legislation from time to time required to conduct the business.
