Phonics eStore is an education initiative. It focuses on Phonics and Spelling resources forearly education.

It wishes to have a dominant footprint of Phonics classes andSpelling classes for children across locations/ towns in India.

These classes are meant forkids from 4 to 9 years age.

With the help of skill development and resource enabling franchisee is expected to conduct classes in astructured manner.

Model developed has nil CAPEX and minimum OPEX.

Phonics eStore provides franchisee opportunity for one or both of:-

• Phonics India : Phonics classes for kids
• Spell India : Spelling classes for kids

Note the key points:-

• Franchisee opportunity / association for both are fully independent.
• Investment required will be around Rs 50,000 (for laptop, webcam, speakers,high speed internet connectivity and projector).
• Franchisee has to organise teacher(s) and get them trained / certified by Phonics eStore.
• Teacher will be screened /certified by Phonics eStore. The investor may be the teacher or can employ teachers. Only certified teachers can teach, and no one else.
• Franchisee location for classes can be owned or rented - full time or part time.
• There will be no exclusivity of any kind for each franchisee.
• One franchisee partner can operate from multiple locations - but post confirmation by Phonics eStore.
• Annual renewal of each franchisee, is a must.
• Regular audit will be done by Phonics eStore.
