We are a Mumbai based five year-old company, which started out as a simple idea developing a natural drive in children to learn and imbibe equipped with only a passion for contemporary early childhood education.

Along the way, we have received a ton of fortification and encouragement from our private equity investor, Indus Balaji. So, with our cause thus strengthened, we have been reporting strong growth over the last few months. We are already on our way to establishing a pan-India presence with 120 centers in 50 cities and towns. With only a strength of 30, we are proud to have educated more than 4,500 children thus far; with this number constantly growing.

We are signing up more and more partners to our cause, not least because educators are realizing that alternative and relevant approaches to personality development and extra-curricular, wholesome knowledge-sharing is the way forward for the education sector in India.

About The program :

Smart Q program is a life skills-based education supplement, SmartQ is poised to be a game-changer in the space of personality development and child grooming.

Its genius lies in the fact that it is focused on knowledge-sharing through fun and engaging means, rather than rote-style compulsory education through a curricula- and assessment-bound structure.

Since our inception in 2010, we already have presence over 45 cities with 120 SmartQ franchises across the country and expanding every month. We are aiming our presence felt all across the country in the next couple of years.

Since SmartQs programs are designed to create a thirst for knowledge among children aged 5-12, they are able to spur curiosity and bring out their natural tendency to quickly absorb what interests them.

Any person with a passion for education can offer the SmartQ program as a Partner to children in the vicinity of a center.

Subject to approval by SmartQ, a Home Partner can:

1. Set up ONE home center or if you have a pre school or nursery you can do it there.
2. Become an instructor herself/himself.

The Eligibility to become a partner :

If you have the passion to teach and learn you are the person we are looking for !!

1. Have adequate and comfortable room, and therefore a minimum space of 150 sq. ft. The seating must be comfortable and cannot comprise general drawing room furniture such as a sofa, stools and a few chairs. Partners must use mats and stools in the four SmartQ colors during sessions.
2. Have a facility to display SmartQs training charts or electronic charts on a LCD TV . All training material is provided on a licence-to-use basis, and must be returned on exit/non-continuance/termination of the partner relationship.
3. Have adequate space to display 1 standee, in order to create an atmosphere of a professional class-room. The partner can print the flex standees as per the format provided in soft form.
4. Make provision for first-aid to be administered in case of emergencies.
5. Arrange for a convenient spot (not necessarily within the centre) for parents to wait until they can drop or pick-up children.
6. Create a conducive environment for the center during classroom sessions by ensuring no disturbances and distractions like TV viewing, cooking, door bells and guests.
