Who Can Join?
Pregnant women join the classes upon completion of 3 months of pregnancy and continue till birth.
Membership Plans:
Minimum membership is one month. Women can choose from other plans also, such as 3-months, 4-months etc.
Classes Frequency:
Classes are conducted 4 days per week. Class duration is 60 minutes.
Activities:
Class activities include: prenatal exercises, guided meditation and information sessions. Occasionally expert doctors come in to provide details about other relevant topics of antenatal health.

What is provided?
- Franchisee holders receive full training, program technical material (information session slides, prenatal exercises, and meditation music), assistance to setup the centre with branding and fittings, access to national level tie-ups with other agencies and full marketing support to ensure success.
- Up to 10 women should be accommodated in a prenatalbatch and also 10 women in post-natal batch. Multiple batches can be run based on the requirements of the women.
- Franchisee training is provided at Ahmadabad
