We are small family firm working in manufacturing and now acquiring electronics manufacturing company. We are preparing for consumer electronics market with niche products, wish to build experience based franchise model with pan india presence. Currently, product preparation is being done and wish to launch multi location franchise at same day to reduce advertisement cost. The model we are considering is store linked service area with space size of 1500 Sq Ft and more. The Inventory size per store will be approximately 50 Lakhs and other investments will amount to another 20 Lakhs. The target process partners shall receive ROI of 20% or more is objective and Internal Servicing and Support System is being developed to reduce burden on franchise. Although we are making every effort to set things in proper order, we believe we need strong process partner for establishing proper operations and franchise module.
