MicroSolutions Recruitment has been in operations from 2014, we are longest running privately owned permanent and temporary recruitment consultancies. We recruit across a wide range of industries and at all position levels.

Our primary activity is permanent staff recruitment and temporary staffing for either single, large volume or ongoing staffing recruitment. We recruit at all employment levels from junior to senior and across a broad range of employee categories and sectors.

Our Duties:

• Helping clients to find suitable candidates to their vacancies
• Involved with the marketing department to devise job adverts
• Making phone calls to candidates who are judged to be eligible
• Conducting phone interviews with prospective candidates
• Describing the work duties, salary and benefits of a particular vacancy
• Developing relationship with interviewees
• Giving clients advice and guidance on appropriate pay rates, training and career development

• Having depth knowledge of recruitment industry
• Experience of filling both temporary and permanent positions
