Just Mexican was started in January 2012 by young and dynamic entrepreneurs who incorporated their vision and observation into effect. The inception of Just Mexican took place from a food wagon placed outside CEPT University in Ahmadabad, India. After a successful experiment from the food wagon, Just Mexican opened its first outlet in July 2012 and within a short span has opened outlets spread across different areas of Gujarat Maharashtra.

Why Just Mexican?

• Most of the raw materials are manufactured and supplied to the restaurants from our central manufacturing unit, thereby reducing the cost of hiring and training a chef
• The design of the assembly line is provided and individually customized according to the dimensions of the location
• The design for exterior sign board, interior, furniture and menu are provided to the franchises
• We provide contacts of our selected vendors required to start the restaurant
• Order taking and inventory management is managed by our specially designed POS machine and its software
