This is a great time to join the I - Master Family. Our franchisees are our top priority and we have developed a step-by-step process that guides you through the I - Master franchising opportunity. From initial interest to Discovery Day, this process will ensure you have the information you need to evaluate the opportunity and we have what we need to confirm you are the right fit for I - Master. Below is our comprehensive process and how you can get started today:
- 1.Complete Submit the Request For Consideration Form
Completing the Request For Consideration (RFC) Form lets I - Master learn about your unique qualifications as a prospective franchisee. The RFC includes sharing information about your education, work history, financial resources, areas of interest for your business and more.
- 2.Speak with a I - Master Representative
Once we receive your completed RFC I - Master franchise development representative will contact you to review your information. We may have questions and/or ask for clarification and additional information. We want to get to know you and want to ensure that we facilitate your independent research into I – Master Franchise. We also want to answer any questions you may have at this time.
- 3.Attend I - Master Support Team Discovery Day at the DVG Franchise Support Centre
The Discovery Day at the Franchise Support Centre is one of the most important days in the franchise development process. The Franchise Support Centre visit includes one-on-one meetings with the senior executives and your franchise support and training team. During the Discovery Day, you will hear about the numerous resources and programs within I - Master that are available to you.
- 4.Execute the Pre-Development Agreement (PDA)
Once you have attended the Discovery Day and completed your due diligence, the next step in the franchise development process is the Pre-Development Agreement (PDA). The execution of the PDA is the starting point for the site selection process.
- 5.Site Selection Process
The Site Selection process involves you working with qualified real estate brokers to identify suitable sites that meet the minimum location approval criteria set by I– Master team. As you narrow down the preferred sites, the I – Master executive will conduct extensive research on the area and market to ensure that the site you selected will give you all the positive elements to build your business.
- 6.Franchise Agreement Creation
Once the site is selected and approved, the Franchise Agreement (FA) and the accompanying documents are created and sent to you. Once you have carefully read the FA, you will execute and return it to the Franchise Support Centre along with the franchise remaining fee. I - Master will sign the returned agreement, send you a copy for your files and then its official. We will welcome you as the newest member of the I – Master Family.
