It is now known as Meeisatcode EAPEN G-food.It is anInstant meal, made of wheat and dehydrated vegetables.It can be prepared as a porridge with little saltand consumed along with milk.Diabetic patients can have it with moderatesugar.Milk and sugar is only an option and it is not essential.

Our experience have shown that diabetic patients can take free sugar or sweetsin moderation if they take the porridege with it. Thus one may take rice or other food in moderation and take the porridge after meals as a desert.
