Bellezza salons Slimming operates on three models in India:-

1. Company Owned Company Operated
2. Franchisee owned Franchisee operated: All the expenses related to running a Salon like salaries, incentives, daily expenses rents etc. are borne by franchisee and in return they pay a fixed royalty to the company.
3. Franchisee owned Company Operated: All the expenses related to running a Salon like salaries, incentives, daily expenses rents etc. are borne by company and they pay a fixed commission to Franchisee.
