RE/MAX Franchise
A RE/MAX Franchise Office is a one stop realty shop through which consumers can buy/sell real estate locally, nationally & globally and also find Financial & Legal Assistance under one roof.
RE/MAX works on a maximum commission model in which 90% of the commission is earned at the Franchisee-Agent level.
Franchisees can earn up to 45% of the brokerage commission, share 45% with the agent at their office and only 10% goes to the RE/MAX Master Regional Franchisee, RE/MAX India and RE/MAX International.
For e.g. If a customer buys a flat worth Rs.50 Lac from a RE/MAX Franchise Office and the market brokerage rate is 2%, out of this 2% brokerage, the franchisee could earn 45% meaning – Rs.45,000 on just a single transaction!
Ideally, every RE/MAX Office should have 10-20 agents who would chip in the office expenses by paying a nominal desk fee.
The role of the franchisee is primarily administrative and is to ensure complete support to his agents who would work in the RE/MAX network; taking advantage of our Training, Technology and world renowned brand. Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated.
