Hyderabad-based Parampara – Flavours of India took its inception in 2020, when a dream took shape in the mind of a seasoned finance professional, who dared to tread the path of gastronomic delight.

The founder of the brand having spent over a decade navigating the intricate world of finance at Dell Technologies, harbored a secret desire to venture into the realm of hospitality. Retirement seemed the opportune moment to realize this dream, yet fate had a different plan in store.

As the world struggled with the aftermath of a global pandemic, the landscape of the hospitality industry underwent a seismic shift. Rent prices dropped, a surplus of skilled labor flooded the market, and uncertainty loomed like a dark cloud. Sensing an opportunity amidst the chaos,  Hitesh seized the moment to turn his culinary aspirations into reality.

Fuelled by a passion for vegetarian cuisine and a determination to challenge industry norms, Parampara – Flavours of India was born. What began as a humble Thali and ala carte restaurant soon blossomed into a culinary haven, offering an eclectic mix of Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and continental delights. Awards adorned their walls, accolades showered upon them, as their brand captured the hearts and palates of Hyderabadis far and wide.

But the journey didn't end there. Emboldened by its success, he dared to dream bigger. Private dining rooms and banquets became the latest addition to their repertoire, expanding the horizons and catering to a diverse clientele.
