Quick commerce startup Zepto has launched a new AI-powered analytics tool, Zepto Atom, marking its entry into the subscription-based data intelligence space. Officially unveiled on May 16, the platform is designed to offer real-time performance insights to Zepto’s partner brands, leveraging natural language processing and proprietary artificial intelligence through its in-house tool, Zepto GPT.
"Answers to questions like ‘What’s our market share in this pincode?’ are now just a tap away," said Zepto co-founder Kaivalya Vohra in a LinkedIn announcement. He described Zepto Atom as a “first-of-its-kind brand portal” that brings live updates and brand health analytics directly to users’ screens, praising the team’s rapid three-week development cycle.
Built to enhance the existing Zepto brand portal, Zepto Atom provides detailed consumer insights, behavior tracking, retention data, conversion rates, and predictive analytics. The service is accessible through a dedicated mobile application called Zepto Brand Hub, designed specifically for vendors.
The tool allows brands to track hyperlocal performance metrics by pincode, giving them a granular view of customer trends and operational efficiency. Early adopters of the platform include Ferns & Petals, My Muse, and Superyou.
According to ET Tech, Zepto Atom's capabilities go beyond standard dashboards, enabling brand managers to make real-time, data-driven decisions with the help of conversational AI.
This move reflects a growing trend among quick commerce players to diversify revenue streams and deepen relationships with brand partners through technology-driven services.
