Reinforcing its commitment to growth in India’s high-potential Tier-II cities, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company by number of properties, is pleased to announce its second hotel in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, through a continued partnership with local developer M/s Ankit Agarwal.
The new property, Ramada by Wyndham Bareilly, will be a modern 80-room greenfield development strategically designed to cater to the needs of both business and leisure travelers. Guests can look forward to a full range of amenities including all-day dining, a fitness center, flexible meeting spaces, and well-appointed guest rooms that reflect the trusted comfort and service of the Ramada brand.
This project builds on the success of Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bareilly, launched earlier in Civil Lines, and highlights the increasing demand for internationally branded accommodations in India’s fast-growing regional hubs.

Construction of the new hotel is expected to begin shortly, with an anticipated opening in 2028.
