TVS Motor Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kadam Mobility to deploy 500 units of the TVS King EV MAX electric three-wheelers across key metro and Tier 1 cities during the financial year 2025–26. This initiative marks a significant step towards promoting clean and inclusive urban transportation.
Kadam Mobility will begin phased deployment of the vehicles from Q2 FY25–26, integrating them into its existing electric vehicle ecosystem that includes charging infrastructure, EV deployment, and driver training programs.
A key focus of the initiative is to create livelihood opportunities for underrepresented communities, especially women, by enabling access to sustainable mobility solutions.
The TVS King EV MAX offers a range of 179 km, fast charging capabilities, a spacious design, and Bluetooth-enabled SmartXonnect™ features, making it ideal for urban passenger transport. The partnership also marks Kadam Mobility’s formal entry into the passenger EV segment.
Rajat Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Mobility at TVS Motor Company, said the partnership reflects a shared vision for scalable impact in clean mobility and job creation. Anubhav Swara, Founder & CEO of Kadam Mobility, called it a vital step toward strengthening clean transportation infrastructure.
The first batch of vehicles is expected to hit the roads in June 2025, setting the stage for greener and more inclusive mobility in India's urban centers.
