Banking on international growth opportunities, Raymond Lifestyle Ltd sees the India-UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA) as a strategic gateway to expanding its presence in one of the world’s most sophisticated fashion markets, according to Executive Chairman Gautam Hari Singhania, as shared on social media.
In his address to shareholders in the company’s FY2025-26 annual report, Singhania said Raymond is preparing for its next phase of growth with a strong focus on lifestyle-led transformation and market expansion. He noted that while FY26 posed challenges for the global textile and apparel industry amid evolving trade dynamics and tariff realignments, the company remains optimistic about its long-term prospects and global ambitions.
Singhania added that the India-UK FTA is expected to create new opportunities for Raymond Lifestyle as it seeks to strengthen its international footprint and position the brand for sustained growth in key overseas markets.
Sharing the company's global ambitions, he said, "Beyond our borders, we are positioning Raymond for a bold international future."
