Renowned French bakery and café chain PAUL is set to open its first outlet in Bengaluru this August, bringing its signature French culinary experience to the city’s Orion Gateway Mall in Rajajinagar. The 3,850-square-foot space will feature a lakeside alfresco dining setting, marking a significant expansion for the 135-year-old international brand in India.
The new PAUL outlet will offer a comprehensive menu of French classics including quiche lorraine, croque monsieur, French onion soup, savoury crêpes, and canelés. In addition, guests can enjoy handcrafted sourdough Napoletana pizzas, tartines, risottos, gourmet sandwiches, pastas, and salads. The brand emphasizes quality by sourcing ingredients both locally and internationally, staying true to its culinary roots while catering to the evolving tastes of Indian consumers.
PAUL will also serve its globally popular viennoiseries such as pain au chocolat and croissants, along with artisanal breads and hot chocolate — aligning with its heritage of authentic French patisserie and café culture.
Sunil Munshi, Senior Vice President – Retail, Brigade Group, commented, “The launch of PAUL at Orion Gateway Mall reinforces our vision of delivering premium global experiences to our patrons. This partnership adds a timeless and refined culinary offering to our retail ecosystem.”
Vaibhav Kaushish, Chief Operating Officer, PAUL India, added, “Bengaluru represents a dynamic market for us. Our debut here is guided by our commitment to quality, wellness, and mindful indulgence — all central to PAUL’s philosophy of ‘Eat Well, Live Well.’”
The opening of PAUL in Bengaluru underscores the city’s growing prominence as a destination for international F&B brands. With a focus on authenticity, premium ingredients, and a rich French culinary tradition, the launch is poised to attract discerning urban diners seeking a world-class gastronomic experience.
