In a major platform enhancement ahead of the festive season, fashion and lifestyle e-commerce giant Myntra has rolled out business-to-business (B2B) purchasing capabilities, enabling registered businesses to buy products directly from its platform.

This move allows GST-registered retailers, resellers, and corporate buyers to purchase from Myntra’s extensive selection of over 40 lakh styles across 10,000+ brands, while availing up to 18% input tax credit on eligible orders through GST-compliant invoices.

The newly introduced feature is designed to simplify the wholesale and bulk buying experience, eliminating traditional procurement hurdles by offering transparent pricing, low minimum order requirements, and access to branded merchandise with Myntra’s signature quality assurance and fast delivery network.

“Coming just in time for the festive season, this new capability provides unprecedented convenience to retailers and business buyers,” said Bharath Kumar BS, Senior Director - Revenue & Growth at Myntra. “It strengthens the ecosystem by solving critical challenges of transparency, credibility, and supply reliability for both our brand partners and business customers.”

The B2B offering is being launched in phases. Phase 1, now live, enables business customers to enter their GSTIN at checkout via the Myntra app to receive GST-compliant invoices and avail tax benefits. Phase 2, expected to follow soon, will include enhanced bulk-order features such as direct brand engagement, customized support, and optimized logistics tailored for business needs.

This strategic shift positions Myntra as a key player in the evolving wholesale and business commerce space, offering an alternative to traditional distributors and wholesalers. Unlike conventional B2B models, Myntra’s approach offers flexible quantities, allowing businesses to order even a single unit per style.

Myntra’s entry into B2B commerce leverages its robust supply chain and trusted brand portfolio — including names like H&M, Levi’s, MAC, Tommy Hilfiger, and Marks & Spencer — to support the sourcing needs of business buyers across India.

With delivery coverage across 98% of India’s pin codes, the platform is set to serve a wide spectrum of businesses — from small-town retailers stocking up for the festive rush to corporates seeking gifts and uniforms — with speed, scale, and reliability.
