Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the opening of its newest property, Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Banswara, marking the group’s 11th establishment in Rajasthan. The launch strengthens Lemon Tree’s growing presence in the state, known for its blend of cultural heritage and tourism potential.
The 54-room managed hotel offers a comfortable and affordable stay, featuring well-appointed guest accommodations, a multi-cuisine restaurant — Keys Café — a fitness center, and versatile banquet and conference facilities tailored for business and social events.
Located in the scenic southern Rajasthan town of Banswara — often called the “City of Hundred Islands” — the hotel caters to both leisure and business travelers. Banswara is nestled along the Mahi River and is known for its lush green landscapes, tribal heritage, and historical temples such as Tripura Sundari and Madareshwar. The area’s rich Bhil culture and natural beauty make it a hidden gem for offbeat tourism.
The new property is part of Lemon Tree’s broader growth strategy, expanding its economy and midscale offerings in tier II and III cities. With the addition of the Banswara hotel, Lemon Tree now operates over 110 properties across India and select international markets.
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s largest hotel chains, manages a portfolio spanning upscale to economy segments through seven distinct brands, including Aurika, Lemon Tree Premier, Red Fox, and the Keys series. The group continues to focus on offering value-driven hospitality with a blend of comfort, functionality, and localized guest experiences.
