Evera Cabs, an all-electric taxi service operating in India, has secured $4 million in funding from Mufin Green Finance Pvt. Ltd. The investment was made through a combination of convertible debentures and debt financing. Announced on June 24, 2025, the company confirmed that the capital will be used to expand its electric vehicle (EV) fleet.
India’s electric mobility sector continues to attract significant investor attention. Evera Cabs is an app-based electric taxi service focused on promoting sustainable transportation, offering both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) services.
Nimish Trivedi, Co-founder and CEO of Evera Cabs, said, “This partnership with Mufin Green Finance is a critical step in scaling our electric mobility services.” He also shared that the company recently acquired fleet vehicles and driver networks from BluSmart, which will further enhance Evera’s ability to serve corporate clients efficiently.
Currently, Evera Cabs is actively serving passengers at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. The company’s key policies include no-cancellation and no-surge pricing, making it a trusted option for airport travelers looking for reliable electric transportation.
Kapil Garg, Founder and CEO of Mufin Green Finance, said, “This investment aligns with our mission to support green transportation solutions.” Mufin Green Finance specializes in funding companies that focus on environmental sustainability and clean technology. The funding reflects the growing shift in India’s transportation sector towards electric vehicles, driven by environmental regulations and consumer demand for eco-friendly options.
Evera Cabs focuses on two main market segments: providing corporate transportation services and offering reliable airport transfers. The company emphasizes trained drivers and well-maintained electric vehicles as part of its premium service offering.
With the new funding, Evera Cabs plans to further expand its EV fleet and operational capabilities. However, the company has not yet disclosed specific targets regarding fleet size or plans for expansion beyond Delhi.
