BLive Unveils ₹100-Crore EV Fleet Expansion Plan, Rolls Out Four-Wheeler Franchise Model

The initiative aims to strengthen last-mile logistics while creating franchise opportunities for investors amid rising demand from the e-commerce and quick commerce sectors.

The rollout will begin in Bengaluru before expanding to Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad. The company said the launch is driven by the last-mile logistics sector's projected annual growth of 15–20 percent, fuelled by the rapid expansion of online retail and quick commerce.

Under the franchisee-owned, company-operated (FOCO) model, investors can participate with a minimum investment of ₹50 lakh. While franchise partners own the electric mini-truck fleet, BLive manages operations including deployment, maintenance and fleet utilisation. The company will primarily deploy vehicles such as the Tata Ace EV, a popular choice for last-mile delivery.

BLive already provides electric logistics solutions to leading delivery platforms including Hyperpure, Porter and Delhivery, further strengthening its presence in the commercial EV ecosystem.

Commenting on the launch, Sandeep Mukherjee, Co-Founder and CEO of BLive, said commercial mobility will drive the next phase of India's EV adoption, with last-mile logistics offering high asset utilisation and predictable demand. He added that BLive PRIME enables investors to participate in the growing EV ecosystem while the company manages end-to-end fleet operations.

Through the new model, BLive aims to accelerate the electrification of commercial logistics, expand EV fleet ownership through franchise partnerships and capitalise on the growing demand for sustainable last-mile delivery solutions across India's major urban markets.
