The outlet integrates RFID and QR code-enabled technology to enhance inventory visibility and enable assisted shopping. It also features smart trial rooms that provide personalised styling recommendations, while self-checkout counters support a faster and more convenient purchase journey, reflecting the growing adoption of technology and omnichannel retail in India's organised fashion sector.
The launch was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by actor Tania, who also interacted with shoppers during a meet-and-greet session. The event underscored AZORTE's focus on community engagement and strengthening its connect with Gen Z consumers.
