Tata Group’s retail arm, Trent Ltd, has reported a 17% year-on-year rise in standalone revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, reaching ₹5,002 crore (US $533 million), according to a regulatory update filed on Monday.
This marks a strong performance compared to the same quarter last year, when the company posted revenue of ₹4,260 crore (US $480 million).
Trent, which operates some of India’s leading retail brands including Westside, Zudio, and Star, attributed the growth to robust consumer demand and continued retail expansion across its brand portfolio.
As of September 30, 2025, Trent’s retail network includes 261 Westside stores (premium fashion and lifestyle), 806 Zudio outlets (value fashion), including three in the UAE, and 34 stores under other lifestyle concepts.
In the July–September quarter alone, Trent opened 13 new Westside stores and 40 new Zudio outlets, further strengthening its position across both premium and affordable fashion segments.
For the first half of FY25 (April to September), the company’s standalone revenue rose 19% year-on-year, hitting ₹10,063 crore (US $1.13 billion).
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Mumbai, Trent Ltd has emerged as one of India’s fastest-growing retail companies. With a strong focus on curated collections, brand-led formats, and customer experience, the company continues to gain market share across both metro and non-metro markets.
