Suditi Industries Limited plans to raise ₹58.87 crore through a mix of equity shares and warrants, as part of its strategic roadmap to position Gini & Jony as one of India’s leading integrated kids’ retail brands.

This fundraise represents a significant milestone in Suditi’s evolution from a textile manufacturing company into a vertically integrated kids’ apparel and lifestyle platform.

Commenting on the development, Pawan Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director, Suditi Industries, said the infusion of capital will enable the company to leverage Gini & Jony’s strong legacy and nationwide presence to build a comprehensive, future-ready kids’ retail ecosystem with a long-term growth outlook.

The round has drawn participation from a diverse group of institutional and strategic investors, including Venkat Ramaswamy (Co-founder, Edelweiss), Nitin Agarwal (former CEO, GlobalBees), Naresh Biyani (Founder, Capwise Financial Services), and Rajesh Palviya, among others. Existing investors in the company include Nikhil Vora, Sushant Goel (Co-founder, Third Wave Coffee), and Vikrant Mudaliar (CMO, Dream Sports).

Harsh Agarwal, CEO, Gini & Jony, noted that the incoming investor group brings strong expertise across technology, supply chain, marketing, data, and governance, which will support scalable execution and institutional strengthening.

Suditi Industries currently operates with minimal debt and has reported robust financial momentum, posting an 89% year-on-year increase in turnover in Q2 FY24 and a 1,900% surge in net profit in Q2 FY25.

The funding round was led and advised by Capwise Financial Services Private Limited, which has also invested in the company. Naresh Biyani, CEO and Promoter, Capwise, said the firm sees significant opportunity in the kids’ segment and believes Gini & Jony is well-positioned to build a comprehensive, end-to-end kids’ lifestyle platform.
