As part of its expansion strategy in India, Papa Johns India has started offering deliveries through Swiggy and Zomato, aiming to widen consumer access across its current store network.
The development comes after the brand’s return to the Indian market in late 2025, when it initially prioritised direct-to-consumer operations via its mobile app and proprietary delivery network. At present, the company runs eight outlets in Bengaluru, all of which continue to service orders through its own application, while plans are underway to add 30 more outlets in the city during the ongoing financial year.
Operating under the Ambrosia QSR platform owned by Pulsar Capital, the company said its hybrid delivery approach integrates aggregator platforms with internal backend systems and fulfilment processes to enhance order tracking, delivery efficiency and overall customer experience.
“The launch of aggregator delivery is an important step in scaling Papa Johns in India,” said Prashant Mehta, Managing Partner at Ambrosia QSR.
“Over the past few months, our focus has been on building a strong operational foundation, including store execution, supply chain, and direct delivery capabilities. With aggregators now live, we are well-positioned to expand reach while maintaining control over quality and experience.”
Following the brand’s return to the Indian market, Ambrosia QSR has concentrated on building a strong operational foundation by opening flagship outlets, enhancing supply chain capabilities and investing in backend systems alongside its direct ordering and delivery ecosystem.
The company stated that onboarding aggregator-based delivery is expected to widen market access, generate additional order volumes and create a more scalable operating framework as it accelerates the expansion of the brand’s presence across India.
