Signaling continued momentum in India’s food-tech space, Kouzina Food Tech Private Limited has outlined a strong growth trajectory, projecting revenues of ₹115 crore in FY26, a 43% rise from ₹80 crore in FY25. The company is further targeting ₹200 crore in FY27, implying a 74% increase as it scales operations and strengthens profitability.
Currently, the company operates more than 10,000 virtual restaurant outlets through a network of over 350 cloud and partner kitchens across 125 cities in India. Looking ahead, Kouzina plans to expand its presence to over 2,000 partner-led locations over the next five years, with a long-term revenue goal exceeding ₹1,500 crore.
To support this expansion, Kouzina Food Tech Private Limited is ramping up investments in technology, artificial intelligence, talent acquisition, and its franchise partner ecosystem. It has also deployed a 24/7 centralised “Control Tower” system to ensure consistency in food quality, hygiene, operational standards, supply chain efficiency, and customer experience across its network.
Backed by an expanding portfolio of owned and licensed brands, deeper integration with delivery platforms, and an active mergers and acquisitions pipeline, the company remains focused on strengthening India’s food franchising ecosystem while enabling entrepreneurs to build scalable food and beverage businesses. Founded in 2019 and based in Bengaluru, Kouzina Food Tech Private Limited continues to scale delivery-first restaurant brands through cloud kitchens and partner-operated outlets nationwide.
