Logistics major Delhivery on Wednesday announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Amit Agarwal has resigned from his role, with Vivek Pabari appointed as his successor, effective January 1, 2026.
In a regulatory filing, the company stated that Agarwal will step down at the end of business hours on December 31, 2025, citing personal reasons for his departure. “The Board, at its meeting held on November 5, has approved the appointment of Vivek Pabari as the new Chief Financial Officer and key managerial personnel of the company with effect from January 1, 2026,” Delhivery said in a statement.
In a separate development, Aruna Sundararajan, Non-Executive Independent Director, has also resigned from the company’s board. Her resignation will take effect on January 1, 2026, following her appointment as a government nominee on a regulatory body.
Sundararajan, who joined Delhivery’s board in July 2022, was praised for her contributions to corporate governance and strategic growth during a key phase of the company’s expansion.
“Delhivery has greatly benefited from Aruna’s vast experience in public service. Her insights have been instrumental in strengthening governance and shaping strategy,” said Sahil Barua, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Delhivery.
The leadership changes mark a significant transition for the Gurugram-based logistics firm as it continues to scale operations and enhance governance amid the evolving logistics and supply chain landscape.
