People join us with very different aspirations and we work with each of our franchisees

We work both on creating their initial business plans and supporting them in achieving it.
This is really down to you but we want you to build up your turnover and profits consistently, aiming after 5 years for a turnover of Rs 25,00,000 plus.
Our training covers the staffing requirements for your business and we expect a third of your turnover to cover staff costs, another third to cover the other costs associated with running your business and the final third being your profit.

Who We Look For

We look for people, who are capable of setting themselves up in business but see the value in the brand, training, support and systems that investing in a franchise with Choksi Tax Services brings. We are very selective on who we award a franchise to.

Most franchisees join us with a recognised accountancy qualification, typically, ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI or CIMA and have a mix of industry and practice backgrounds. However experienced people without professional qualification or senior accountants of varied industry exposure may also apply.

We understand that if you are coming from an accountancy background much of this may be new to you and we have tailored the training and support to give you the skills you will need to run and grow a successful business. Likewise if you are not a qualified accountant we will train you to understand the services that you will be providing and have accredited routes available to gaining relevant qualifications.
