Akshay Bector spear heads the Rs 500-crore Mrs Bector’s Food Specialties Limited which manufactures and exports food products including biscuits, confectionaries, sauces, hams and ketchups, Indian snacks, ready to eat food, condiments, frozen products and bakery products. With 15 years of experience in food business, he has been instrumental in setting up two joint ventures in 1996 to manufacture breeding and coating system for frozen snack foods and make sauces and liquid condiments with Quaker and Oats Co, USA.

Akshay holds an engineering degree in Industrial and Production. He is also the Chairman of CII Punjab and founder of Young professionals Organization in Punjab.
