He is Grandson of Legendary Kundan Lal Gujral, the person who introduced Tandoori Cuisine to the world by inventing the famous Tandoori Chicken and placing India on the World culinary map.
In addition to providing leadership for the management of restaurants in several countries, Mr. Ashim Gujral has been instrumental in pioneering the development of the new look of Moti Mahal. The ‘’Moti Mahal’’ brand has come to represent fine dine modern luxury restaurants.
Mr. Ashim Gujral is credited with placing Moti Mahal on the international map with the opening of several new fine dine restaurants in important locations in U.A.E. and Bahrain
