Selling Sub Franchises
A Master Franchisor’s primary source of revenue is obtained through the royalty paid by their sub-franchisees. It is the responsibility of the Master Franchisor to operate one or more corporate owned units and to market to, and obtain qualified sub-franchise and to continually grow their system. As the sub-franchisees grow, flourish and excel, so will your Young Rembrandts franchise system.
Training
Master Franchisors are responsible for providing comprehensive training in all areas of a sub-franchisees business, including:
• Hiring, training, and managing a staff of instructors.
• Training instructors on teaching methods, best education practices and use of proprietary curriculum.
• Managing all operational aspects of their business, which includes sales and marketing, financials, monthly reporting, and other day-to-day operations.
System Support
