It has well defined constitution and rules .Trust is administered by trustees managing committee. He had the vision and capability to work hard and develop an institution for the welfare of backward communities of the society.
At present the Trust runs WIZTECH COMPUTER at Himatnagar. The trust provides Free Computer Education to SC, ST, OBC, Muslim Minority students.
