Who can apply?
We select franchisees that are a good fit to our organization's ideals and share the same zeal for delivering excellent customer care. We conduct several rounds of screening before inviting franchisees as partners.
We are looking for franchisees who:
- Are operational owners rather than just investors
- Are present in the store daily and managing the day to day operations and staff themselves
- Have a high level of commitment and are willing to work hard
- Are willing to adhere to the guidelines set forth by the company and the rules and regulations of the state
- Is business savvy and entrepreneurial?
A previous business and pharmacy experience would be helpful but not mandatory
- Investment required per store: 20-25 lakhs based on location and size. Of which a loan for up to 15 lakhs could be facilitated by the company subject to the presentation of an appropriate collateral by the franchisee and bank approval
- Store size: Typically between 300-1000 sq. ft. A smaller store in a high potential market with limited real estate availability may be acceptable, but not less than150 sq. ft in any case
- Preferred store location: main Commercial Street of residential neighbourhoods, ground floor with good visibility and frontage, with unrestricted access and availability of street parking
- Franchisee fee: 1 lakhs
- Expected turnover: With the right location and a committed franchisee, a store can expect to have revenues of around 10 lakhs by 6 months and around 25-30 lakhs in the steady state.
