
Tanishq, the jewellery brand from the Tata Group’s Titan Company, has announced a strategic partnership with Gemological Science International (GSI) to provide specialised gemological sales training for its retail and corporate teams across India.
The initiative is aimed at enriching the customer experience by equipping Tanishq staff with deeper knowledge of diamonds and gemstones, helping them deliver transparent, authentic, and personalised service at every touchpoint.

GSI’s training modules are designed to provide retail professionals with practical gemological tools, enhancing their ability to guide customers with clarity and assurance.
