The store represents Samsung's continued investment in physical retail formats and customer engagement strategies aimed at reinforcing its leadership position in India's consumer electronics segment.

Samsung has expanded its retail presence in India with the launch of its first premium experience store in Indore. Located at City Center on MG Road, the new store is part of the company’s continued strategy to strengthen its physical retail network across key urban markets.

The store spans 1,000 square feet and features multiple product zones showcasing the latest Samsung smartphones, tablets, laptops, and SmartThings. Customers can explore Samsung’s ecosystem of connected devices, designed to demonstrate the integration of technology in everyday life.

City Center, a high-traffic area in Indore frequented by students and young professionals, was chosen for its strong youth demographic and rising digital adoption. Samsung aims to position the store as a technology hub for emerging consumers in the region.

The store will also host the ‘Learn @ Samsung’ initiative, which includes workshops on topics such as AI-based photography, productivity tools, digital creativity, and device personalization. The sessions target millennials and Gen Z users seeking to expand their understanding of Samsung products and services.

The retail outlet includes Samsung Store+, a digital platform that enables customers to view detailed product information and opt for home delivery from within the store. A dedicated service centre is also integrated into the outlet to provide post-sale support.

To mark the launch, the store is offering multiple limited-time benefits, including:

  • Over 30 free subscriptions to OTT, music, wellness, and infotainment platforms
